History

Chiron was a centaur of Greek Legend.

He trained many young heroes including Achilles and Hercules.

When Thetis and Peleus' wedding was celebrated on Mount Pelion, many Gods (including Hera, Athena, Aphrodite, Apollo, Hermes, Zeus...) who brought gifts. Cheiron the Centaur brought an ashen spear, polished by Athena and whose spearhead had been forged by Hephaestus

• In Green mythology, Chiron is depicted as a son of Cronus the Titan by the nymph Philyra. Chiron was a paternal half-brother to Zeus, Poseidon, Hades, Hera, Demeter, and Hestia.
