History
Khevix was a patient who was committed to the Cuckoo's Nest on Halfworld and given Rocket to be some kind of service animal in order to help him with his health after his service as a military veteran.
He kept Rocket close to him as they spent time watching old war movies and doing other therapeutic activities, but their partnership came to an end after Rocket was taken away from Khevix by the Halfworld Robots where he underwent genetic modifications, which turned him into a sentient, talking raccoon.[1]
