Hoping to ascend in power, Khonshu possessed Danny Rand and coopted his efforts to help Earth recover from the White Sky Event. He used his cult to build a machine to sacrifice the remnants of humanity and time itself. On the night the machine was going to be used, Power Man arrived to destroy it. After he destroyed Danny's possessed body, Khonshu emerged to fight as himself only to be killed by the power of Shou-Lao.[1]
