History
The King and Queen of Time were imaginary constructs created by Jimmy Jupiter in the land of Nowhere. They were the rulers of the Valley of Time, which appeared to be the personification of all time. Their kingdom was visited by Jimmy who was brought there by Tick and Tock two sentient alarm clocks who wished to teach Jimmy to value and make the most use of his time. He was brought before the king and queen who showed them their Time Machine -- a device that allowed anyone to see any point in history.
When it was learned that Jimmy was a regular time waster, the King and Queen sentenced him to a spanking and sent him to his home. Their subsequent fate is unknown.Paraphernalia
