Synopsis for "Lies"
Kitty Pryde has left the X-Men and traveled to Chicago in order to recover from her breakup with Colossus. She visits father at his bank, where she learns that he is in trouble with some Japanese businessmen who seem to be criminals and who want Carmen Pryde to meet their boss, Shigematsu, in Tokyo. Kitty stows away on a plane to Tokyo. However, things quickly go wrong, and she finds herself without money, wanted by the police and with an impending case of the flu. Just when she is about to confront her father, she gets proof that he intends to allow the criminals to use his bank to launder their money.
