History
The Kowloon Walled City Park located in Hong Kong, China was controlled by the Dark Tongji and his Missing Sixes Triad. It Was haunted with the dead from when the Kowloon Walled City stood in that land. The murders committed in the lawless place that was Kowloon Walled City left the park with countless souls in torment. The Dark Tongji drew his power from the pain of the ghosts of the murdered and earthbound.
Ghosts full of such much anguish, that it had become overwhelming. Magic at its sickest, which drew the Scarlet Witch to the park, to cleanse it and send the ghosts on. The Dark Tongji operated from his own separate dimension which existed in the park, all around it, over it, and within it. With the help of The Wu, they defeated the Dark Tongji and cleansed the park.[1]
