History

Kraven and his band Kraven & The Hunters were hired by an unknown benefactor to run wild in the streets and make the area a living hell, so that after everyone had left the place could be repurposed for gentrification. They were provided with advanced tech, but Kraven only demanded as payment to be able to face his nemesis Spider-Punk.
