Synopsis for "Silly Seal"
Silly Seal is picked on and ignored by the other seals of Iceburgh for being white and so he decides to play by himself. While playing he is attacked by Bertram and his two crewmembers in a submarine. They capture Silly but he escapes making fools of the three before hiding in the torpedo cannon. Thinking they're firing a torpedo at Iceburgh they accidently shoot Silly back home to his worry sick mother. After telling the tale to his mother, she gives him a spanking for lying.

Synopsis for "Ziggy Pig"
Ziggy is told to milk the cow by his mom. Instead he decides to read Arabian Nights and fall asleep. He dreams he is in Arabia and is taxied around on a flying carpet to a curio shop where he gets Aladdin's Magic Lamp. Using the lamp he summons a genie who warns him about the danger of Asid Ben Gastric who has kidnapped Princess Virginia Ham. Ziggy defeats Gastric and his two henchmen and fly away with his taxi and the Princess. Ziggy wakes up when his mother throws a bucket of water on him and scolds him for being lazy.

Sammy and his friend Ginch explore the ocean to investigate an underwater explosive mine. There they meet with Uncle Whale. The three of them spot a Navy ship and try to warn them of the mine but it takes an electric eel accidently setting off the mine for the Navy Captain to believe them.

Pookey tries to play with a mouse who's instigating a cat. Pookey assists in scaring the cat so that a mouse trap clamps onto its tail. Pookey helps get it off but ends up trapping their own paw. The mouse assists Pookey in removing it and they plan to get back at the cat who left Pookey injured. The lure the cat to the mouse hole where the mouse fires a hose at the cat.

Synopsis for "Ding-A-Ling the Little Bellboy"
Ding-A-Ling travels from the Land of Reason to the Land O' Power where he uses the Reason Gas to cure people of their bad madness that was brought on by the wicked serpent known as Stingo. Stingo shrunk and was seemingly killed by being stepped on while the former tyrant's mind cleared. Bul-Bul now in his right mind offered Ding-A-Ling some Dust of Power as Ding-A-Ling continued his journey.

Synopsis for "Baldy"
Baldy is teaching his daughter Pearl how to fly but she falls to the ground. Japanese Beetles see her fall and beat her up to the point that they think she's dead. Baldy and his sons take Pearl back to the nest and swear to avenger her and attack the beetles. The beetles were more prepared for the assault and things begin to not look good for Baldy and his sons. Back at the nest, Pearl wakes up and is not actually dead but is missing all her feathers. Wanting revenge of her own her mother gives her some of her feathers and Peal makes way towards the beetles with firepower. The beetles are defeated and Pearl is given a medal for her combat prowess.

Synopsis for "Posty the Pelican Postman"
Miss Grublepan is sad that she only receives bills and not love letters so Posty makes one from a famous actor and delivers it to her. When the actor in question, Lloyd Lovelace, is set to visit town, Posty tries to hide the fact that he wrote the letter by following Miss Grublepan to visit Lloyd. At his hotel room they meet Lloyd while he's getting out of the shower and discover he's funny looking without a toupee and various other gimmicks that he uses to hide his features. Miss Grublepan is so angry that she was fooled by his false looks that she leaves the hotel never discovering that Lloyd didn't write the letter.
