Synopsis for "Get in the Scrap"

Silly Seal and Ziggy pig decide to collect scrap for the war effort. Silly is misunderstands that the scrap that they should be collecting is things that are no longer in use and starts to take various things including the tires off a police car or even the circus' "India Rubber Man".

Heinrich Hund, an enemy agent, spots Silly's effort and decides to use him to collect scrap for him. Silly agrees and grabs, razors, lawnmowers and more. Just when Silly is about to deliver the scrap to Heinrich he trips and drops the scrap off a cliff right onto Heinrich's waiting uboat, sinking it. Authorities come and give Silly a medal and thank him for stopping the enemy agent. They also ensure they will collect all the drop scrap as well as scrapping the uboat for the war effort.

Synopsis for "Toughy Tomcat and Chester Chipmunk"

Toughy Tomcat and Chester Chimpmunk go to the auto races where they accidently partake in the race after the driver is drafted into the war. Despite driving all over and outside of the track the two are able to make it to the finish line and win the race.

Synopsis for "Little Lester Meets the Boy Bogey Man!"

Little Lester is playing in the mud when he gets a scalding by Miss Grootch who threatens to call the Bogey Man. Lester doesn't care and throws mud at her which causes her to rush to the phone and call the Bogey Man. The Boogey Man, busy with his pinochle game, decides to send his son, Junior, to deal with the mud flinging menace.

Junior leaves to Lester who seems unamused. Junior tries to scare him but that doesn't work, then the two fight it out but Lester doesn't budge which causes Junior to run away saddened that his father will be disappointed.

Synopsis for "Just Tough Enough"

Numerous young men join a deforestation team, Ben, one of the members doesn't believe in pushing yourself too hard and debates on if he should stay or not. Ultimately this leads to a fight with the bosses son who gets tired of his attitude. Mr. Henderson, the boss, takes Ben aside and apologizes for the fight and ensures Ben if he wishes to go home he'll pay his way back, but if he stays he's to stay and work hard.

Ben decides to stay on and later when most of the group leaves to visit their homes Ben decides to stay and work. While working he overhears a radio broadcast about a transport plane that crashed. Taking agency Ben hikes into the forest after knowing it well and spots a flare in the distance. Returning to the camp he gets the bulldozer and a wagon and drives it to the crash site where he saves many lives. When Mr. Henderson and his son Ted return they both give Ben his due and Ben realizes what they meant when they said it took guts to get by in this world.

Synopsis for "The Creeper and Homer"

Homer, accompanied by his nephew Hector, goes to the police station to report to Officer Pete that the Creeper stole his paper clips. While explaining the incident Pete receives a call from Mr. Biggs about some important documents that went missing.

Making their way to Biggs the group soon learns that the Creeper was responsible for the missing documents as the Creeper returns the documents but took the paper clips. The group chase down the Creeper who falls through a window into some wet cement where he is captured. Everyone has a happy ending except for the Creeper. Pete gets some potato salad, Hector gets jelly beans, and Homer gets some watermelon.

Synopsis for "Skinny Bones"

Skinny joins the circus to catch a spy. After briefly becoming a lion tamer the Indian Rubber Man informs Skinny and the rest of the circus that Gory the strongman is the spy. Gory admits it and clashes with Skinny, but Skinny drops a large weight on top of Gory defeating him long enough for the intelligence agents to arrest him.

A spy delivers a letter to a mailbox in hopes that Posty will deliver it. Posty and Lolly however take the letter to the castle and end up accidently defeating both the spy and the other Nazi who was to obtain the letter.
