History

Pompous magician that rented an apartment from April Sommers, but after he failed to pay rent or return for a long time, she gave his room along with all his furnishings to Bruce Banner. Kropotkin was indignant when he eventually returned to find his apartment occupied, but when he found out it was the Hulk, he hoped to find a way to incorporate the monster into his act. He began travelling with Jim Wilson for chances to join the Hulk's entourage.
