Nightcrawler took part in the mutant rallies orchestrasted by Magneto and Professor X. [1]. He was one of several people who watched the stars of the new Wolverine movie arrive for its premiere.[2]
He attended San Diego Comic Con 2009 and was queuing for the bathroom in front of M.O.D.O.K.'s autograph booth. He turned to M.O.D.O.K. and asked him if he was the "fat kid from Superbad[3]. He was a student at Hoggoth's School of Bitchcraft and Blizzardry when Doctor Strange was tricked into returning [4] Nightcrawler was one of the X-Men involved in the infiltration of Asteroid M, when Wolverine hit on Phoenix and forgot to fuel the Blackbird, all while using the excuse that Weapon X wiped his memory. [5]
Nightcrawler later attended Cyclops' birthday party, and booed Doctor Strange's magician act, and started making fun of him. For revenge, Stephen summoned Obnoxio the Clown, who started taunting the X-Men. However, as soon as Strange showed his support for Obnoxio, the Clown got angry at him for interrupting his "show." Obnoxio proceeded to make fun of Strange and finally beat him up with a baseball bat to which NIghtcrawler and the X-Men cheered on.[6]
