Marvel Comics[]
For some time, L. Sprague de Camp consistently refused to allow Marvel Comics to adapt the Conan stories he had co-authored.[3] Marvel Comics used Juma, created along by L. Sprague de Camp and Lin Carter, with their "kind permission",[4] in "The Curse of the Golden Skull" in Conan the Barbarian #37 (April, 1974). By Savage Sword of Conan #4 (February, 1975), L. Sprague de Camp still did not allow his stories for adaptation.[3]Work History
