Poison Lady Deathstrike assimilated Venomized Lady Deathstrike of an Unknown Reality. They worked with Poison Kraven the Hunter and Poison Morbius to assault the Ravencroft Institute for the Criminally Insane in order to capture the Prime Marvel Universe's anomaly.

This Poison died along with the others when the Queen was killed by the time-displaced Jean Grey.
