History

The ductile daredevil is also the Magnetic Men's hotheaded whizkid, ever impatient to use his brilliance as well as his brawn to battle enemies. He was once challenged to a race by Mercury of the JLX. Nickel found the little mutant so annoying that he tripped the brat with a quickly morph-stended foot and declared himself the winner.

His human identity "Lance Vale" was created by Mister Mastermind.
