History

This Life Model Decoy of S.H.I.E.L.D. agent Laura Brown was created by the Encoders under the control of the Deltite, an advanced LMD created by Arnim Zola who had replaced several S.H.I.E.L.D. operatives, including the Executive Board, with LMDs.

Laura Brown was put in charge of Project: Delta at Roxxon's Power Plant in New Jersey. She ordered the Encoders to create an LMD of Kate Neville.

Laura gathered the heads of BMW, Sony, AT&T, Imperial Chemical industries, and other major corporations at Roxxon House in Rocky Mountains. They declared their plans to dismantle the economic order and filled the room with gas knocking everyone out. She turned them over to the Encoders to be replaced with LMDs. Later Laura showed the Encoders images of the Clay Quartermain LMD and were amazed by it's capabilities. As they toured Project Delta at Roxxon she was interrupted by Valentina Allegra de Fontaine, who wanted to know what she was doing, but Laura refused to provide any. Laura then gathered various S.H.I.E.L.D. agents and planed to encode them as well. on the S.H.I.E.L.D. satellite. The Dellite hoped to extract the Infinity Formula for Nick Fury.

Laura brought Alexander Pierce, Al Mackenzie, and Madame Hydra to the prison were they kept the other waiting for encoding. Madame Hydra however lead an uprising leading the prisoners against the Deltite Agent. Laura was destroyed along with the other trapped on the S.H.I.E.L.D. Space Station when the power core exploded.
