History
Le Havre is one of the most important sea ports in France and the main one for Atlantic Ocean crossings, located on the English Channel in Normandy. After World War II, it was connected to the USA by liner, and to Paris by a special train. A liner carrying an intelligence agent arrived to Le Havre during that time.[1]
