History

Le Vent was the fastest man in all of Europe and a member of Les Heroes de Paris. He received his power from a sorcerer, who cursed him so that he could never slow down to normal speed. When going up against the villain L'Empereur du Monde Souterrain, who has assembled an army of rock creatures, le Vent used his super-speed to hurl the Thing directly at l'Empereur's tunneler, where the ranting villain declared that the city above, which gave him nothing but pain, deserved to be destroyed for the hurt it had caused him.

At some point, Les Héros de Paris vanished, leaving Paris low on super heroes and vulnerable.
