History

Lemuel Haskill was a ghost from the 19th century. In life, Haskill operated out of Last Chance, Nevada, working as a bounty hunter notorious for killing his targets in their sleep. One day, the brother of one of Haskill's victims took revenge, shooting him fatally. As he died, Haskill met the devil. Satan offered him a deal: to bring him 50 souls of Satan's own choosing, and be restored to life. After being asked to bring in Johnny Blaze, the bounty hunter failed and the devil stated that Haskill had forfeited his own soul.
