History
The Lemurian Star is a S.H.I.E.L.D. ship. Captain America and the counter-terrorism unit S.T.R.I.K.E. were sent to the mobile satellite launch platform to retake command and free its hostages after it was taken over by Georges Batroc and his group of pirates and mercenaries, when it was setting up its last payload in the Indian Ocean.

- The Lemurian Star is mentioned by Victoria Hand in Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. episode "End of the Beginning".
Trivia
- Lemuria was a country that sank under the ocean and is a rival to Atlantis (both pre-Cataclysmic and Homo mermani empires).
