History

Sampson was one of the numerous people affected by the Gamma Bombs dropped on Greenland. After he figured out how to control his new powers, he opened an anger management firm and eventually counseled Peter Parker who often Hulked-out and lost control, after his uncle was murdered.

Personality

Leonard's attempts to help the people of Greenland control their rage made him pessimistic about the future, even coming to believe that civilisation would not exist for much longer. However, after counseling Peter Parker, he gained an optimistic outlook on Greenland's situation.
