History
Lester Deeks was a crooked business man who was causing train wrecks in the hopes the city safety inspector would revoke the train station's license to operate so that he could buy the property at a lesser value. His plan was foiled thanks to the involvement of Laughing Mask who slew Deeks and his minions and foiled his plot before he could cause anymore deaths.[1]
