History
Kogar was a smuggler. Shang-Chi's friend and ally Black Jack Tarr decided to infiltrate Kogar's criminal organization. He was blindfolded and taken to their headquarters by two of Kogar's men. Tarr's decision to defeat the two men in combat impressed Kogar enough to allow Tarr to join. Kogar was ultimately defeated by Shang-Chi.[citation needed]
Civil War[]
When the Superhuman Registration Act passed. He refused to register and preferred to leave the country, but was captured by Heroes for Hire and sent to Prison 42.[1][2]Attributes
