History
Lifebringer One was a primordial cosmic entity embodying creation, light, order, and existence, and existed in the Third Cosmos alongside his enemy Anti-All, a diametrically opposed cosmic entity embodying destruction, darkness, chaos, and the absence of existence.
Through the conflict between the time-traveling Carlo Zota and the Defenders -- Doctor Strange, Harpy, the Masked Raider, and Taaia -- Anti-All nearly succeeded in devouring Lifebringer One due to their science-based technology and magic (concepts that had not existed in the Third Cosmos) draining his power. Realizing this would bring about the end of all existence, Zota, who had killed and unmasked the Masked Raider only to find his future self underneath the cosmic Eternity Mask, donned the mask and engaged Anti-All in combat, the Eternity Mask's powers making him equal to the eldritch dragon in power.
As Anti-All overpowered Zota and tried to devour him, Doctor Strange, Harpy, and Taaia channelled the energies of the Fifth, Sixth, and Seventh/Eighth iterations of the Multiverse into Lifebringer One. Restored and empowered, Lifebringer One impaled Anti-All and Zota with his sword, the eldritch dragon's body shattering into countless crystalline shards containing fragments of its essence, which were scattered across the Multiverse.[1]
Lightbringer One's legacy continued to be felt well into the Sixth Cosmos, where he was revered as the first hero by the people of Taa, who named the Lifebringer One vessel in his honor.[2] His clash with Anti-All also formed the template for subsequent Multiversal cycles of order vs. chaos, light vs. dark, and creation vs. oblivion.[1]Personality

Trivia
- When asked if Lifebringer One was the source of the Bob Reynold's Sentry powers, Al Ewing responded that he would rather leave such matters up to interpretation than provide a boring answer that would just be retconned if he changed his mind or a later writer wanted to do something different.[4]
