For too long, Limbo has held the spirits no one wants to face. The parts of us we condemn to darkness. Nothing heals in darkness. I will open my arms to the rejected ones. The ones who have fallen so far, they've been starved of light. [...] I will lead them out of the cold. I will show them they have a home. No more hiding.
History
Following King Chasm and Hallows' Eve's failed coup of Limbo, their former ally and newly reformed Queen of Limbo, the Goblin Queen, decided to open a Limbo embassy in New York City. Ben Reilly was locked in a cell for his crime but Madelyne made sure his "torture" cell was peaceful.[1]
