The Living Brain was one of the many supervillains Peter Parker came to face during his eight year tenure as the original Spider-Man, eventually sending him to jail. When conversing with Miles Morales, the newest Spider-Man, Peter told him that Living Brain had taken up photography as a hobby while behind bars, hoping to become a wedding photographer once serving his sentence.
