This issue was planned by the Marvel Uk imprint as part of a 4 issue miniseries. Three issues were completed and the fourth was almost finished when the entire series was cancelated, at the time of the implosion of Marvel UK. The volume was released digititally by on Mark Harrison's website in the year 2005, a version of which can be found here.
The storyline of this volume is referenced in Revolutionary War: Warheads Vol 1 1, (including the appareance of the character "Bodecia "Bo" Kildare"), so its possible that the events in this volume are canon to Earth-616.
