- Transformation: Lou Ferrigno is capable of transforming into a Hulk, and while in that form he has several superhuman powers.
- Superhuman Strength: In Hulk form, Lou can seemingly lift numerous tons. The exact extent of his strength is unknown, but it is approximately equal to the strength of Bruce Banner in Hulk form.
- Superhuman Leaping: The Hulk is able to use his extrmely strong legs to jump great distances.
- Regenerative Healing Factor: After being injured, the Hulk is able to quickly heal from any damage. He uas been shown to be able to go from near-death to perfect health in a matter of minutes.
- Chemical Immunity: The Hulk is completely unaffected by poisonius gases and toxic substances that would kill a normal person.

- Lou Ferrigno is famous for portraying the Hulk in the TV series, The Incredible Hulk. He also played the Hulk in the movies The Incredible Hulk (1977), The Incredible Hulk Returns, The Trial of the Incredible Hulk, and The Death of the Incredible Hulk. The show and the movies all take place on Earth-400005 of the Marvel Multiverse.
- Additionally, he voiced the Hulk in the films Hulk and The Incredible Hulk (2008), and was part of the voice collaboration for the Hulk in The Avengers and Avengers: Age of Ultron.
- His design in the game is based on his cameos as a security guard in the Hulk and The Incredible Hulk (2008) films.
