History

The Low Evolutionary was one of the few humans living on the Counter-Earth. He worked against the High Evolutionary's plans, having created a refuge for the High Evolutionary's rejects, called Lowtown.

When the Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver arrived to the Counter-Earth while looking for answers about their heritage, the Low Evolutionary abducted them to his base.

The Low Evolutionary was helped by the Avengers Unity Division in defending Lowtown, which was assaulted by the High Evolutionary. The Low Evolutionary's fate after the High Evolutionary was forced to flee from the Counter-Earth once he was defeated is unknown.
