History
Before the passing of the Superhuman Registration Act, Bishop contacted fellow future X-Man Cable and failed to change his mind about registering. Bishop fought Anti-Registration heroes on the side of Iron Man. Later he seemingly became a part of the nanite Fold, since nanite Nick Fury had some of his powers.[1]
