History
Lucia von Bardas was a cyborg. She once attempted to sell weapons to AIM, but the deal was thwarted by Iron Man.[1]
She later became Doctor Doom's right hand. She helped him to kidnap Wasp and Invisible Woman's imposter and take them to Latveria. When the Avengers invaded Doom's castle, Black Panther stabbed Bardas, shutting her down.[2]
