History
Lydia worked for Rey Trueno's Ultimate Brawling League, an ambiguously legal super-powered fighting organization, in an undefined capacity.
When Daniel Axum fought his first match in the League, against the defending champion Armadillo, Lydia heckled him from the side of the ring. [1] When Axum proved victorious, Lydia claimed she was simply trying to encourage him to win, and successfully initiated a relationship with him. However, Lydia appeared to be manipulating Axum for the purposes of keeping him in the League. She claimed that UBL was going to become a nationally televised sport, playing on his dreams of fame.[2] On Trueno's behalf, Lydia recruited Katrina van Horn, more often referred to as Man-Killer, into the League.
She eavesdropped on Axum while he talked to his mother on the phone, going to Trueno to warn him of trouble. The warning proved insufficient, as Axum subsequently quit the League in a rage. It is assumed he broke off his relationship with Lydia when he left the League. [3] Neither the League nor Lydia has appeared since.Notes
- While Lydia has been referred to as being a secretary,[3] it is unclear whether it was a joke or her true occupation.
