Lyle Cullen was a member of the Black Cullens. He and his brothers were confronted by the Punisher, who would go on to kill them.[1]

Lyle Cullen in his only appearances does not seem to be killed, but in Punisher War Journal #72 after the Punisher kills his brother Bobo is written that he was the last of the Cullens, as such even Lyle has been previously killed off-panel.
