Lyle Getz was an A.I.M. agent and the possible next Scientist Supreme of them. This was the reason he was captured by the Skrulls, with one of their agent taking his place. He was freed by Captain America (a prisoner of the Skrulls as well) along other incarcerated humans who were replaced.[1]
