History

M. Alvarez was a guard and interrogator at the Coahiba Detention Center under General Luis Augustine dictatorial "presidency" over the Republic of Santo Marco. There, he was responsible for the torture and murder of 32 detainees.

He was one of the soldiers who rounded up citizens from the same tribes that rebel leaders, gene scanning them by a retrofitted Sentinel. One such massacre was prevented by War Machine, who slaughtered the soldiers and destroyed the Sentinel.
