History
Madame Laera was a member of the Children of Satan.
A member of the Children of Satan named Carolyn brought the living vampire Morbius to Madame Laera to help him find his missing fiancée Martine Bancroft. When Morbius agrees to her price the three look into the mystic's crystal ball, revealing a vision of Martine, dead. Morbius shatters the crystal ball in a fit of rage, unleashing the demon Nilrac from within and causing it to attack him. During the fight Morbius is overcome by his bloodlust, attacking the demon and slaying it, only to discover that it had no blood and leaving his thirst unquenched. Still enraged at his deception, he attacks and kills Madame Laera before coming to his senses and fleeing with Carolyn.[1]Attributes

- Spells and Phrases: Madame Laera is capable of casting spells and incantations by invoking magical objects or beings of power.
- Clairvoyance: Madame Laera has the ability to receive information about a person or an object even though she has never directly seen them before. She has used a crystal ball holding the demon Nilrac to locate Martine Bancroft, although the vision shown to him was a ruse.
