Magda married Magneto and while pregnant she ran away in terror from her husband who had just destroyed a village. was found by Bova who took her to the base of the High Evolutionary where she gave birth to Pietro and Wanda. She was still scared of Magneto and before fleeing she left her children in Bova's care. Still weak, she passed away during the following winter.
Twenty years later, Bova told the siblings about their mother.[1]
