Maggott or Japheth was a teenager mutant who lived in downtown Manhattan. He was killed by Sinister as a sacrifice to Apocalypse.

Altough, this character has only made a unique appearance, which were cameo and has not been referred to as either Maggott or Japheth, as it appeared to be a mere homage to the many X-Men heroes of the Earth-616 continuity, in this case Maggott.
