History
Mahalat was the Shem-born[1] leader of the slave revolt within Python's walls. She asked Conan to help get past the King's Cimmerian elite guards and held Sonja hostage, not believing their time-travel story.[2]
Mahalat closely resembled Conan's lost love Bêlit, and he suspected Mahalat was an ancestor of hers. He witnessed her taking part in the massive revolt and slaughter of Python's elite, briefly considering joining her so as to relive his time spent with Bêlit, when he was drawn back to the future.[1]
