The Angel's beach house in Malibu was attacked by Dr. Edward Lansing when he sent the Black Widow, Hercules, and several of his mutates to slay the rest of the Champions. As Lansing's control box was eventually destroyed, the two heroes were freed from conditioning and turned on him. Lansing fled onto the beach, but he ran headlong into his mutates, who were no longer under his control, and were none to happy about how he had treated them. Lansing's corpse was found on the beach in the morning, surrounded by his shuffling mutate.[1]
Many years later, the Lost Gods and Ulik battled against the Men in Black.[2] After his house was destroyed, Vincent Starwit decided to stay home with his wife and family.[3]Points of Interest
