History
Mandarin was part of a heist along with Whiplash and Pepper Potts of his domain, to steal a Fin Fang Foom-statue from Tony Stark, by killing and taking the places of their Old Town-counterparts. Pepper framed Mandarin for the murder of Stark, and Detective Jim Logan who went to interrogate him. During the discussion, Jim suspected something was different about Mandarin and so Mandarin attempted to kill Logan, who was saved by Punisher who shot Mandarin to death. [1]
