History
The Mandroids are combat-ready multi-purpose battlesuits, which serve as S.H.I.E.L.D.'s armored agents. The Mandroids were created from scans taken of the Iron Man armor. When Tony Stark found out he was furious. J.A.R.V.I.S. estimated 70% of the Mandroid's technology was derived from Iron Man technology/Stark Tech. When confronted Nick Fury said Tony Stark forced his hand when he stopped manufacturing weapons. HYDRA later used Mandroid scans to create their purely robotic Dreadnoughts.[1]
Their current users are S.H.I.E.L.D. and S.W.O.R.D.
Mandroids were often seen in other situations and locations like as guards of Number 42 portal, fighting Ronan the Accuser on an unknown location and Red Hulk inside the Helicarrier.[2]
