History

Manuel and his twin brother Otto are two VR programmers. After Hazzard became self-aware because of being imbued with ionic energy, his producer corporate, Owen Sarkissian, ordered the Fokus Brothers to delete the virtual character of Hap Hazzard, but since Hap besides taking self-awareness also acquired new powers and abilities he managed to save himself and after giving a lesson to Sarkissian, he convinced the Fokus Brothers to help the corporate victims.
