History
Dr. Marc Dale was a genuinely well-meaning mutant, though his odd abilities required him to have all patients sign a waiver to prevent sexual harassment suits. He was a good friend of Charles Xavier, and brought him in to deal with Tasha, a young mutant telepath with mental issues.
He kept his powers after the Decimation of the mutant population, and years later he was killed by the Dark Riders during their crusade against mutant healers.[1]
