History

One thousands years ago Mariikh the Destroyer trapped in a cryptex.

In the modern day, Mariikh's cryptex was part of a touring exhibit featuring items from Mesopotamia. During an exhibition in New York's Natural History Museum a child accidentally released him. Using a fire extinguisher, Ms. Marvel was able to defeat him and re-imprison Mariikh in his cryptex.
