History
When a series of attacks resulted in Iron Man, Hulk, Captain America, Ms. Marvel, and Black Widow being captured one-by-one, Spider-Man was left to figure out who could be behind this. However, the villains suspected of being involved with these attacks (consisting of Mister Negative, Spot, Electro, Cloak, Sandgirl, and Molten Man) were locked away in The Cellar.[1]
