History

Martha Osborn was the wife of Norman Osborn and the mother of Harry Osborn. When her husband experimented on himself with the Oz Formula, he became goblin-like green monster. In a attempt to erase his previous existence, Norman went to the Osborn Mansion and killed Martha.
