In 1942, the Vichy regime controlling France sent a number of agents, led by Le Bull, via u-boat to Martinique, and there they took an air clipper to Florida for an undercover operation that would benefit the Nazis (but failed).[1]
Above the shore of Martinique, the Avengers fought and eventually defeated Moses Magnum.[2]
