In the years after mutantkind and humankind learned to put aside their differences, the world gained a new level of prosperity. Mutants are treated equals and even serving in newly sanctioned police organizations whose powers and authority were growing. Technology greatly advanced which lead to artificial intelligence becoming a reality. Intelligence machines, produced in the thousands, referred as "perks" performed tasks that people no longer wished to perform. In essence, these robots are treated as slaves.
The people failed to realize that A.I. have feelings, wants, and desires as living beings. The machines are quite aware of their situation and capable of voicing their dissatisfaction from grumblings to organized protests. Eventually, machine and man clashed both verbally and violently. The A.I. sought for a leader to lead in the fight for machine rights. Combing through the records of modern history they learn about Captain America, a man who symbolized all the machines wished to be. They created a warrior machine modeled after the Sentinel of Liberty to lead a new revolution.
