Bombu appears in the middle of a major metropolitan city, threatening to decimate the world with the power of his Wallah Wallah Bing Bang. Two police officers, fearing that Bombu might actually pose a bit of a threat, increase the power setting on their tasers and take him down. Bombu is arrested and thrown into a county jail.
