Synopsis
Dr. Doom uses an invention of his own, the high frequency emotion charger, to get all of the local villains to attack on peace day. They are defeated by a massed army of heroes, prompting Doom to use Namor as a dupe to divert the heroes while he carries out a plan to haul the building that is their headquarters into deep space.
